Dr. Mukta Kaur Khalsa
is the executive director of SuperHealth and has studied these sacred teachings personally with Yogi Bhajan. She directed a specialized hospital program rated in the top 10% of all hospital programs in the US and, more recently, a pilot program in India (research findings published in "The Journal on Ethnicity of Substance Abuse").

Dr. Khalsa is author of the newly released book "Meditations for Addictive Behavior", and is a special representative to the United Nations Office of Drug Control and Crime in Vienna, Austria.

Dr. Khalsa will be available to meet with people one-on-one in hour-long sessions before the training on Friday and after the training on Sunday. Individual sessions cost $108 and can be paid to Dr. Khalsa directly.

• Specific teachings and practical applications of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to successfully deal with addictive and dependent behaviors, including drug/alcohol use, smoking, eating disorders, co-dependency, anxiety, depression and stress.

• Therapeutic juice formulas to accelerate the cleansing and rehabilitation process. A healthy meal with tea and snacks.

• The addiction therapy developed by Yogi Bhajan for an Arizona hospital, where it was successfully applied for years.

The SuperHealth practices detoxify the body and rebuild the nervous and glandular system weakened by substances and stress.

You will experience these practices, which you can implement into your personal life, yoga classes and/or treatment with clients in a clinical setting. You will learn powerful meditations that imprint directly on the psyche of the addictive personality.
