Join certified Yoga Teacher Andrea Laubenstin for a 1-hour class designed especially for tweens & teens ages 11-16.
Yoga reduces stress and builds confidence, focus, strength and flexibility. Plus you’ll get to practice in
a fun, non-competetive environment that fosters kindness, peace, connection and non-violence.
